How do I check the current status of my orders?

If you have not signed up, first of all please sign up. If you are an existing customer please login using your email-id and password. A page named My Account will open. Click on Order Summary and you will be able to see all your orders and current status of the orders too.

Are there any hidden costs on items sold by sellers?

There are no hidden costs attached on the items.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We will make sure that we deliver your order within 5 working days.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

On placing an order successfully you will receive a mail on your registered email id and that will be the confirmation of your order.

How do I cancel my order?

If you think you have ordered a wrong item, if you request us within 12hrs of the time of purchase. We will not ship the item and we will refund 100% money back.
